"Muy bien todo"

"Everything perfect and follow up was amazing shows they care about the guest experience! 5 stars!!"

"This is a relatively no-frills option, but getting a clean room, amazing location and dedicated beach chairs for the cost? I don’t think a better value play exists. I had a lovely stay and hope to be back soon."

"Excellent hotel , handy having kitchen facilities and breakfast included. Also so close to beach and nice being on main strip"

"Got everything I needed in the room"

"Stayed one night after a cruise. I liked the size of the room and the view out onto Ocean Drive. The location is fun for a tourist, it's exactly what I pictured Miami would be like. The only thing I didn't love was the bathroom. I know they're trying to keep the retro vibe, but the bathroom could use a new tub/shower. Having said that, it was super clean so I really appreciate the upkeep. The staff were all super helpful and easygoing so thanks to all!"

"Very great experience with Franklin Suites. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in miami."

"This is our go-to place when visiting Miami."

"They were great"

"This property should not be offered. It is under a full remodel. There are gaps in the doors where people can see in. They painted baseboards all night long. Absolutely terrible."

"The location is outstanding. Close to the beach and restaurants. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Although there is no staff on site the communication by text was excellent and they were accommodating to our requests. This property is highly recommended and will stay again."

"Staff were attentive but the property, pool, grounds were pretty dated. Location was a plus if you want to be near the beach action"
