"Hotel had a really fun environment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were top notch. Loved the art throughout the resort. Roof top pool was a beautiful quiet spot to lounge. Food and drinks were top notch. Our room was nicely decorated and clean. Only drawback is that we spent extra to have a balcony and ours was above the alley and pizza restaurant. It was really loud all hours of the day and well into the night so we didn’t really spend any time sitting outside our room."

Definitely needs better management though it’s not enough for a one person to run the hotel their primary focus is on restaurant not hotel They need more people full time to run this place just for the hotel part NOT restaurant We will had a good time and like I said beautiful property "

"The Shepley is a great boutique hotel. The staff are excellent, courteous and always available. The Continental Breakfast offers plenty of varieties. For the early riser, like me, breakfast doesn't open until 7:30 AM. I would have liked to be able to grab at least a coffee a little earlier. They are a block from the beach and provide chairs, umbrellas and towels. We really enjoyed our stay. FYI: To the mobility challenged, access to the 2nd floor is by a steep staircase. "

"The kitchenette was well equipped. Could have used some dish detergent and some more towels for hand washing dishes. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The temperature controls and cooling system worked very well and quietly. Check in and communicate very easy. The room needs more hooks and towel bars. No where to dry out wet bathing suits and beach towels. Room was larger than expected. WiFi excellent. "

"The hotel had an artistic emphasis that was very nice to experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff in general was very helpful and welcoming. I appreciate Gimena at the front desk. She was very kind and went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome. She embodies hospitality and is a good representative for the hotel. The pool and beach area were well managed and Warren and Mario were very accommodating. Overall a good experience and I will book the Sagamore again when...
