"This hotel was quite a lovely surprise. It is right by the beach, but I didn’t hear the commotion on Ocean Drive. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and a very nice size. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was simply a lovely stay. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also very good. I would absolutely return for my next trip to Miami."

While the room and property were clean, the hotel just seems tired and run down. The rooms are in need of a face-lift. Also, our room was extremely small. It was ok for our one night stay, but longer than that may be uncomfortable."

"The hotel had spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms, and most of the amenities were satisfactory. However, there was no hot water from the taps, and the towels shed white fibers that stuck to the body after use. The biggest issue was the room lock system, which did not work properly and caused a delay of nearly 30 minutes. "Very nice place to stay. It was like a home away from home with all the amenities. This wouldn’t be a proper review of the hotel unless I mentioned the location. Only one block in from the beach, less than a four minute walk to have your feet in the sand. We were situated perfectly to enjoy several of the best attractions.
