"The property is an old school family retreat. The amenities have improved over the years. The pool areas is much cleaner and more upscale than it used to be. The beach services are amazing, as is the new Walnut Lounge (Bar on the Beach). I absolutely love this property. The private beach is fabulous. "The hotel property is amazing and the room we stayed in had a terrific view of the original Hotel Del structure and the ocean. At night it was spectacular. The restaurant food was very good. It is not cheap but it is worth it. The staff was fantastic."
