"Definitely a place for someone that can follow instructions and likes quiet spaces. I was concerned prior to arriving that the lack of front desk would be an issue but the hotel communicates in advance via Expedia very well. I had zero issues getting into my room and settling down. My family rested well and even with a 10 year old on the spectrum we were able to keep to the rules well. We were able to wash, cook and clean for ourselves."

"Soacevjs nice, in a quiet area of town. It was easy to get to and close to the train stations. The rooms noce ans spacious but the batbrooms were tiny. Also there are no windows that you can open and they are completely covered. Overall it was a comfortable stay. "

"We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
