"今回は琵琶湖ウォーキングをするために雄山荘に宿泊させていただきました。 まず、荷物運びでてこずっていたところスタッフさんが走って来てくれ助けてくれました。 洗面台が水漏れしていることを伝えると即対応してくださいました。夕食も苦手なものを伝えると、それも対応してくださいました。盛り付けが綺麗で、目でも楽しませてくれました。 温泉が最高！星を見ながら露天風呂にはいることができて、スタッフさんや食事、温泉の温かさ全てを含めて体も心も癒されました。ありがとうございました、！"

"Wir wurden von unserer Ankunft bis zur Verabschiedung sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass das Personal auch zu anderen Gästen sehr unfreundlich war und hat nur nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen unsere Wünsche versucht halbwegs nachzukommen. Am Abreisetag wurden sehr schroff aufgefordert unser Zimmer sofort zu verlassen obwohl ein Late Check out ausgemacht war. "Our stay was magical! This was our first experience with a ryokan and also our first night in Kyoto. The staff were very nice & helpful. The shared living space was quiet and clean. The gardens were gorgeous and the food was good. The japanese breakfast was delicious!!!"

"Ada 2 hotel yang bernama sama satu di kota Kyoto and satu lagi di Kameoka. Hotel ini terletak di Kameoka! Saya sekeluarga and banyak orang termasuk taxi drivers tidak tahu bedanya. Kita nyasar sampai jam 12am! Dan ini terletak di luar kota kyoto. Jadi harus jelas ketika tamu mau booking hotel ini karena pasti salah hotel. Hotel pun sadar and meminta maaf ketika kami check in jam 1am. And mereka memberi kita Sparkling Wine sebagai permintaan maaf. Services hotel sungguh memuaskan."
