"Good for solo and family trip. Inside the building everything is safe. Individually marked for individual rooms to avoid confusion. Got a nice kitchen and utensils. Well arranged. 10 minutes walk from Selly Oak train station (10 minutes ride to Birmingham). Customer support service is very much appreciated as they answer and sorted all my confusions promptly.
