"Super fun place, very traditional. We had some trouble finding it as the provided address wasn't exact. The manager spoke some English and was very helpful. We had to postpone our hike to mount Fuji because of a storm, but the manager offered to drive us to a view point after the weather cleared up. He also offered to book us a shuttle to our next destination. The included half-board was great! Awesome place in a small little town."

"All was well. There are great views on Fuji San. The only disadvantage is that we could reach the hotel only by bus and the last bus leaves from town in late afternoon - way too early to be convenient. It is imposdible to do Fuji San and get back in time. So once we took a taxi, once we walked - which was quite an adventure, with luggage and a child..."
