"The accommodation had everything what I needed. Town centre, but quiet street, very close to the theatre. The room is nice and clean, and again had everything for overnight stay. My window was out to the back, so very quiet. Definitely will use again."

"We stayed in the Paddocks so having our own little kitchen was a bonus as in preparation we bought a few breakfast bits with us. The B&B was beautifully presented, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Wayne met us on arrival and had also sent detailed instructions before we arrived. We thoroughly recommend staying here and we will consider doing so again when in the area visiting family. "Arrived around 6.30pm and knew exactly what room I was in, how to get to it etc. Room was lovely and cosy - loved the beams and old features! Slept like a log and the shower was fantastic - a proper power shower! Breakfast was great and overall one of the best i've stayed in. Will be back again! "

"Communication before arrival was excellent and all questions were answered. Our dogs were able to join us and the location is brilliant for rural walks and for visiting Warwick University. "Being less than 10 mins walk from the train station, Martha’s b&b was perfect for what I needed. The house is set in a quiet road, near to eating places and less than 15 mins walk to the shops. The bed was very comfy, breakfast plentiful, and parking easy. Martha herself is kind, understanding and generous - allowing me to keep my suitcase in the house for the day whilst I explored nearby Warwick. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself back in Leamington Spa. Top tip: if you go...
