"Having to pay £5 extra for a towel is a disgrace. It's below the threshold of basic amenity for a hotel. The same for pods not being secure unless you bought an extra padlock. A bed, secure room and ability to wash are the absolute minimum requirements for a hotel irrespective of room size. If you have to charge more to cover costs do so but don't imsult people's' dignity by not even give them the basic facilities to wash and dry themselves."

"Personal top, 10er Bett Zimmer in Ordnung. Betten sehr durchgelegen und super wackelig (drei übereinander ohne Wandbefestigung, wodurch jede Bewegung alles wackeln lässt). Aber für den Preis ist es spitze gewesen! Vorhänge wären schön gewesen. Das Frühstück ist vorhanden aber es ist viel zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und das Essen ist wirklich begrenzt. Aber auch hier wieder: Preis-Leistung passt aber wer ausgiebig frühstücken will muss wo anders hin gehen. Vor allem auch für einen anständigen...
