Ryokan di Distrik Tagata

"A great place to stay. Staff were very helpful. Clean facilities. Spacious hollywood twin room with balcony view over river. Only negative is the private balcony onsen was hot water, not spring water. But there are 2 privare onsens available ( no reservation, up to 40 min) and they were good. Free drinks on 3rd floor were a nice surprise as well as toof top garden. Breakfast was excellent."

"The most relaxing place you can stay in Ito. Highly recommend. They also have private onsens for people with tattoos or for families."

"The best Ryokan in Hakone."

"Excellent. Clean, beautiful property with a friendly staff. Love the Kaiseki dinners, wide variety of breakfast buffet options. Natural unseen hot springs was excellent. PS. The hotel did not have the information, I chose the dinner plan but the property did not receive the information. Costing me more money. But I’m glad I did it because it was worth the experience."

The hotel provides a fancy 10-course meal inspired by traditional Japanese cooking and a similar approach for breakfast. We had a room with a private onsen which was lovely and relaxing but also took a moment to enjoy the shared indoor and outdoor onsens, which are fairly small but also beautiful. The...
