"This was hands down the most amazing stay we could have asked for during our last minute vacation. For this place to have only been open for 2 weeks from the time we checked in, it was smoothly operated and felt like a finely tuned instrument. The check-in process was seamless and we were able to park, pay for parking, and walk into our room in less than 10-15 minutes. "We checked in at 10 PM, and the electricity went out about 20 minutes later. There was not a single ray of light in the entire place. We had no choice but to leave. I requested a refund that night and was told they would contact me, but they never did. I went back the next day to follow up, and again they said they would contact me — yet I never heard from them. Terrible experience overall. Very poor management and customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this place."

"The pictures featuring the rooms are nicely photoshopped and not what we got… We got an outdated old room with chipped wall and an old bathroom. The room also had an old room smell to it. The shower was installed in a way that the water went towards the back wall and was not adjustable. Warm water was not abundant. At the reception when we checked in they told us that the room has no view. So we did get an upgrade and had then a room with a balcony - which was nice. We could see the ocean...

"My husband and I had a really beautiful stay at this beautiful, boutique hotel. It was so perfect. The staff were thoughtful and kind, the property was so gorgeous and relaxing. The pool was cute and they also provided sunscreen, lotion, and beach chairs. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was the best - such an intentionally crafted menu! I keep asking my husband when we can go back!"
