"Our waitress Thảo was superb in welcoming us & taking care of us at every meals during our entire stay. She was attentive and caring, introducing us to all the Ha Long Bay specialties. Thảo, Asst. Manager Trung and Chef Hữu went out of their way to prepare special Hạ Long squid dishes for us to try, making our stay very memorable. The entire Grand Pioneers 1 crew was very friendly & courteous & helpful. We would definitely recommend Grand Pioneers cruise to our friends & family and hope to come...

"This was a nice, quiet, comfortable and relaxing cruise. The staff was amazing. We did 3days/2 nights and that was enough to see everything around. I wished we did travel more on the larger boat and not the tenders. The smaller boats were not comfortable and usually hot and crowded. The drinks were affordable but definitely the bar service was on the slower side. I would recommend them renaming some of the drinks as well -we wouldn’t have Ben order some because they were name inappropriately but...
