"Beautiful hotel! Right on the pier near everything! Included were activity and food credits. Limited amenities (no pool or hot tub and never found the gym) but we were near so much it didn’t matter. Highly recommend"

"Arrived to check into my lake view room to watch the 4th of July show at Navy Pier. Tuned out they grossly overbooked the rooms and several of us were place in inferior rooms with no view. I flew from Florida to spend this time with my mom so needless to say, disappointed. Management just said the oversell rooms and that is that, and they will give me the difference in cost between the rooms. Would not recommend Swissotel."

"The hotel was in a very good location. The staff Charlie was amazing. They all were so polite to us from beginning to end. Now what I wasn’t to fawn about was the parking. We couldn’t park our own cars and it was $70 overnight which was very much steep. But I made the best of of it. Other than that, our stay was amazing for my partner birthday."

"I love that CQ hotels provide refillable water bottles with chilled water dispensers. I loved this feature at their Philadelphia location and use it often. Wi-fi is relatively fast, and the value for the room is good, despite how small many of them are. I wish the TV were a smart TV. The elevator broke during my stay, but that was a one-time issue that forced me to climb the stairs (good exercise)."
