"Bay view was very nice! As always, breakfast was wonderful! Our room was clean, bed made each of the 5 days. Only wished that fresh towels were placed daily- half of the days, towels were removed but fresh ones weren’t left. My husband had to run down to the front desk to get some. Overall a good experience and we’d stay again!"

"I was very disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, the walls had visible mildew, and several of the towels provided appeared unclean. When we requested clean bedding and covers, staff were unwilling to accommodate our request. Additionally, we were asked to leave the pool area earlier than expected because a convention was scheduled to arrive, despite being paying guests of the property. This made us feel unwelcome and...

"My family and I stood at the Sheraton to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hallways and the rooms were all super clean. No odor. The best of all was that the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs and its literally around the corner from the outlets. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family."

"Room was clean; AC, TV, and shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was fresh and hot in the morning, however, "breakfast" consisted of 2 types of dry cereal, a few slices of white bread (and a toaster) and an open jar of peanut butter. Fortunately, we had gotten donuts on the boardwalk the day before; there's also a Wawa just down the road. Big, nice-looking pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Overall, nice room for a very reasonable price."

"It is showing signs of age, and there are some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was cracked, the furniture is showing wear. It seems to me that it is ready for a remodel. I have stayed there several years and I’ve been very happy with the staff and the hotel. But again has maintenance issues.and ware."

"This is the worst hotel I ever stood in . I’ve been to Atlantic City every year. And I never stood In such a bad place. We were move 3 times. The room had a tv and bed. Not microwave or complementary.coffee. I will never recommend this hotel"
