We stayed during the hottest July on record and two couples had rooms woth literally NO aircon , and one couple have fully functioning cold aircon. Why? The fan is the rooms is just useless and the heat was unbearable ..literally! Either state that some rooms DO NOT have air-conditioning or reduce the price of rooms that dont have it. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful.
