"Staff were so lovely, from check in, bar staff and at check out. A credit to the hotel to have such lovely staff! The room was spotlessly clean, and had everything that we needed, however, windows were tiny and not able to be opened. So slightly disappointing. Overall a good stay, and would d definately return ☺️"

"Lovely apartment with great location to worcester race course. My only issue would be parking we couldn’t get any of the links to load and parking on the streets are permit only. Eventually loaded the links for parking and parked in the pub next door brought a drink and put my reg in the pub. Hopefully we wont get a fine. "

"Great stay. A little hot, but it’s not the hosts fault. The fan was helpful and after about 11 PM it became a very pleasant sleep. I loved the contactless entry. The host emailed me all the details several days in advance which was nice and all I needed to access the room was a code. The room itself is very nice. The bathroom is the highlight. "Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again."

"Parking can be a problem if arriving later in the evening. Follow instructions given by owners. Breakfast is great staff friendly and helpful. Keep entry instructions handy as had a little trouble finding codes. Rooms 7 and 8 are not where you'd think !"
