4/10 Poor

"The only thing working was the free parking. No ice machine. No workout room. No pool. Even access to the bathroom was challenging. Step inside the mini-room, force the body to the outdated tub. Now close the door to gain access to the toilet; which had not been cleaned properly-residue, if you know what I mean. Floors need deep shampooing. There was Kleenex. Breakfast: eggs overcooked-some brown parts. Staff: mentality of glad to let you know what's not working-no volunteering resolution. Reminder of a "Motel" with free breakfast."

"The air in my room wasn’t working. Maintenance came up to fix it and told me to give it 20mins and the air should be good. I gave it 1 hour and the room was still hot. I called the front desk back she said she would ask the maintenance man if he can do anything else if not she could offer me a fan. We ended up getting the fan. Other then that everything else was good."

"The front desk people were very unhelpful. I presented them with pictures & videos of rodents in the bed. They said I can reach out to Expedia for a full refund, when I reached out to Expedia they said the hotel only approved of a $24 refund. This is completely ridiculous. I didn’t pay to sleep with rodents. I then called 3 days later because I’m on vacation & the lady took my information down & said I would be getting a call back. I’ve now been waiting 3 days for a call back that I have yet to receive. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Terrible empathy from both parties."

"Older, updated location that is clean and reasonably priced. The checking in process was clumsy and the staff not all too helpful getting things sorted. I ended up getting a call from the front desk near midnight when for some unknown reason the front desk decided to adjust the charges made to my card. When after multiple attempts my card service “fraud froze” card they felt the need to wake me up insisting I come back down to sort it out. After getting it fixed, I repeated my request to be called by a manager to be provided with an explanation for the nonsense. Even after multiple requests and despite staying for more days at the hotel I was never contacted. Also, beware of the pet stay charges that are “clearly posted in their website” but I still haven’t been able to locate."

10/10 Excellent

"Great place for a golf getaway or relaxing by the pool, hot tub or outside fire pit. Bocci ball next to bar and restaurant plus many great dining options close by. Balcony overlooking golf course was fantastic also. Staff couldn't have been any nicer. Great buffet breakfast for very reasonable price also. Will definitely be back."
