"Clean room and great service"

"Room was fine, great view, however dated. The desk set up had very little space to accommodate clothing if you didn't want to live out of your suitcase. The large TV took up 90 percent of the surface space for your items. No outlets in the bathroom for hairdryer or flatiron. The tub/shower is a very high step in/out for the elderly or short, big fall hazard, needs to be just a shower. The plumming needs updated as this is the only toilet in all of England we had to "prime" to flush.by flushing once and the 2nd time it worked. I gave it a 4 star as they were updating the lo by and we saw other floors had been updated hoping the 2nd floor is coming soon. The location is perfect for the towr bridge, Tower of London and the tain station. "

"This hotel is in a great location and close to public transport - London Bridge and Tower Bridge trains, tube and buses. The studio was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. I would be very happy to stay there again"

"Hotel was nice and very updated in the rooms. There was large clumps of hair left behind in the bathroom, however, and that was a little off-putting. "

"Do not stay at this hostel. The staff are rude and the property is old. No charging points in the room, no lift to get upstairs with your luggage. The communal TV lounge is constantly locked and the "restaurant" on site that is advertised is non existant."
