In our room, there was a strip of metal drywall edging literally ripped off and left dangling from the wall, and the walls themselves were stained, grimy, and heavily scuffed. "An absolutely wonderful stay. The most beautiful place, great location and the best customer service from every member of staff. Can not wait to return one day."
