"I am so happy you guys have renovated. The last time I stay here was a little bit of a disaster because of the toilet, but you have upgraded and renovated and made things better. The staff was friendly. They allowed me to have a late check out. I had a great time and will be doing this trip on a regular bases. "

"We just stopped to sleep
Room was clean and cool a/c working
It's a little dated room wise but comfortable and clean
Free breakfast was as expected but the gal that takes care of it does an awesome job "
"This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had in recent memory. This Kimpton hotel is in a historic building located across the street from The Capital Grille and Del Friscos, and within walking distance of Sundance Square and Bass Performance Hall. We slept like a champ, it was quiet, safe, super clean, and every employee, from the valet to the front desk to room service, was friendly, prompt, and courteous. "

"Great hotel. Clean and felt cared for. Great staff was welcoming. Getting to the hotel from the highway was interesting so prepare to try a couple different options. "

"The property was a little bad because of road construction but that wasn't ya'll's fault. The garage floor did need to be washed, but
we were very pleased with politeness of staff, taste of breakfast with all the selections and cleanliness of everything. Our stay was very pleasant. Thanks"
"The Hilton in Southlake is beautiful, clean and friendly. We had chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival and they were perfect. Highly recommend. The location gives you access to amazing food, shopping and entertainment. "
