"Great location…nice rooms"

"Very unhappy that they charge extra for parking in an open lot (i.e., not even covered parking). That alone will keep me from staying there again as there are plenty of other options in the area that do not charge extra for parking. There was very little available at breakfast - no hot foods stocked. The hotel itself was extremely cold. Not the best stay!"

"We had a comfortable stay - the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet."

"I was totally unprepared for the lack of amenities, especially with the hotel being a Hilton. There was no microwave or coffeemaker in the room. No drinking cups or ice bucket in the room! I mentioned it to the manager and she explained it was Hilton’s policy! Really?? The ice bucket must be requested at the front desk. The cups I retrieved from the lobby and if I wanted to reheat any leftovers, it too, had to done in the lobby. What a joke! Hilton’s policy is a cheap and inconvenient! The breakfast was very disappointing: cold cereal, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs and yogurt from a non-functioning machine. Did I mention 2 bananas and about 6 apples? Although the room was clean, comfortable, staff were pleasant, I’ll never return."

"Fantastic overnight stay! My king room was spotless and spacious, and everything has been updated recently. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever encountered at a hotel…and king pillows, too! The pillows were all different in fill and firmness for individual comfort options, and the higher bed height was surprisingly nice as well. Fresh ground coffee individually served in the lobby at any time was a very nice perk in place of the generic lobby coffee options. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the area is well kept and safe. So many great places to dine within a mile too. Would definitely stay again!"

"We got lucky parking only had to walk thru hotel to rooms or to handy exciting casino .stay was comfortable bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable we enjoyed our stay.Had happy Birthday and 17 th.wedding Anniversary.Thank you Ballys"
