No trash bags in any can. Lighted mirror didn’t work. People left door screaming all night til 3am and they did nothing by about it. I have stayed here a few times and each time it’s always something. Staff this time around seemed very cold and robotic. I felt uncomfortable"

"Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. Location was very good for what I needed. We had hoped the campus shuttle ran more often on the weekend, but that was not a problem with the inn itself. Clean, though small rooms. Coffee in the room tasted terrible and coffee in the lobby costs $2/cup so I was very unhappy with that, but if that's the worst of it, that's not too bad. Would stay again for sure if anything brought me this way again."

"When checking in @ 11:15 PM I was advised the check-in would be delayed at least 30 minutes because the clerk was blocked from entering the system. Furthermore I was told to get my room I needed to pay an additional $ 165.00, There was an error in my original reservation but speaking with hotel personal ( Jam ) I was assured there would be no penalty regarding my reservation. When we checked out we told the guy we wanted to speak to a manager and he said no manager was on site because it was a holiday and gave me a card to call tomorrow. He didn’t care what I had to say. Very nasty. I would be going back."
