Hotel Mewah di East Grinstead

"We stayed 1 night at this lovely, cozy and very spatious hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Not many people there, so we had lots of space. The bathrooms were well equipped (hair dryer and amenities which I loved). When leaving the pool, I passed by the bar which looked lively and fun. "Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. Two lockers didn’t work. The massage staff was friendly but it was definitely fluff and buff- not much pressure so that was a disappointment. The main restaurant was fully...
