"Very friendly staff, clean space, and great location. BIG shout out to the staff - they were always polite and helpful and improved our overall experience. The only improvement I could suggest is regarding breakfast - we felt the options were limited compared to other breakfasts at similar hotels we've visited. Would return again next time we're in London."

"Our Aethos Room (sixth floor) was comfortable, clean, and modern, with excellent controls to maintain privacy, sound, and temperature control. The room was attractively designed and had robes and slippers for the guests. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We accidentally left a belt in the room. The hotel contacted us seeking guidance regarding what to do with the belt. The only downside, and it is not relevant to the hotel, is that the Shoreditch area does not have much to offer...

"Third time staying here this year so far. Its clean, the staff is friendly and the hotel is close to Tower Bridge and easy to get to a lot of places My only concern was when we missed housekeeping to clean the room, I called the front desk to have it cleaned later but the staff didnt change the comforter or sanitize the furniture. It could be that I left some clothes or items on the bed and maybe its company policy. Other than that, highly recommend this spot."
