I stayed (again) at the Grand Central location. Janet is a gem. Please continue to have a human element in your hotel(s) upon arrival. Additionally - all the common areas of the hotel were clean, guests were quiet and all the employees I encountered during my brief stay were lovely and engaging including the young man managing an enormous laundry cart onto an elevator. Despite the heavy load he successfully managed - he offered good sense of gracious humor throughout. "

"Every part of the hotel was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. However, the food st the bistro was exceptionally poor. The breakfast option was gross. I ordered the egg and cheese croissant. It was disgusting and inedible. It came squished out of the microwave. "
