"The hotel rooms were very comfortable and amenities like a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer in the unit are a great feature. The staff were friendly and responded quickly.
Unfortunately, the area around the hotel did not feel safe. I witnessed drug use on the sidewalk as I walked on the street next to the hotel. This was during the day."

"Quaint little place in Vancouver, very close to the City Hall Skytrain station.
Room was clean, had a coffee machine and fridge, clean towels and bathroom supplies.
The front desk person was nice and made sure to give me food when she learnt I would check out before the complimentary breakfast."

"My experience was very good. I stayed for one week in May 2026. The place, room and the staff made me feel like home. I felt very comfortable and happy. The neighborhood was very nice, beautiful flowers around. Thank you the staff. I chat with her about soulmates/ twin flames. She is a goddess. "The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. Hondra, the manager, was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and throughout our 4 day stay. She was very available, though not always onsite. We had privacy and quiet.
