"The first room was filthy from floor to ceiling including the walls. The front desk lady acted mad when I requested a different room. The second room was a bit cleaner but still had hair in the shower. When we came back from our event on Saturday night the entire floor in front of the window over by the desk was soaked and the room smelled like mildew. I called the front desk and reported it. "Hotel was a place to stay along our travel route. We didn't do anything in the area except sleep. Our room was in need of some repairs, but we were only stopping for a few hours to rest, so we weren't concerned. When we checked in, we were told there was a 100 dollar deposit fee that we would get back. Next customer was told a 50 dollar fee. Why the difference? We had no pets. "Check in is 3pm. My room was not ready until 430 pm. The staff was super since but this is unacceptable for a traveler. Since I booked through Expedia they wouldn’t put points on.
