"We were charged over $1000 USD for a “suite” that desperately needed new paint, carpets and better bathroom. It was advertised at $580 which was bad enough. We have cruised out of Southampton before. Apparently there were 5 ships docked that day plus other City events. I booked through Expedia and was told my issue was with Expedia and to deal with them. I would never book a room with that chain again."

We mentioned to staff who adjusted the fan but it seemed minimum temp was 18 degrees! Couldn't get the shaver sockets to work in bathroom but luckily we had an adapter. One of the blinds in our room was missing it's winder so had to roll it up manually in order to get some air into room. Often forgot to give us towels or full quota of towels which was annoying.
