"Premium room wasn’t very clean, or ever dusted. Hard to get waters for your room or get your fridge restocked. TV was broken and I called and they never came to look at it. The workers knock very fast on the door and then just open it. The food was extremely terrible, especially the buffet. I got food poisoning and it ruined 3 days of my trip. Lived off of French fries and fruit. Buffet and restaurants are very unsanitary. Poolside service never brings you anything you order from them. The smell...

"Room wasn't as nice as I thought it was going to be but we didn't plan on being in the room at all just to sleep. Book all your excursions at the beach down the way from the hotel. We had terrible experience with other excursions leaving resort."
