"One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable."

"Everything was amazing!!!!!!!! Highly recommended"

"Very nice, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast."

"Clean room with fairly powerful hair dryer but is stuck in bathroom. Beds comfortable and air conditioned. Good size fridge and safe. Triple room didn't provide enough chairs on balcony or enough hangers in wardrobe when we were booked as a 3 occupancy, but on asking we were provided with extras at no cost or issue and promptly. Swimming pools x 2 big, clean but very cold. fairly comfortable loungers with umbrellas and clean towels provided daily but pool doesn't open early enough in my opinion...

"Overall beautiful resort, but the “luxury” rooms have a view of an empty lot, an abandoned building covered in graffiti, and the very busy street. The pools on the deck are not heated so for us were too cold to use despite warm weather. None of the other beautiful pools were heated either so no one used them. Many people sitting around it but no one could use it because it was so cold. Our bed was not comfortable at all, but the pillows were great. 😊The staff were lovely, very helpful. Airport...

"The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!"

"Property was in great location; very nice accomodations. Upon arrival directions to the room should state must walk through the restaurant- workers at the restaurant were not aware of the hotel room. If have luggage steps are steep and there is no porter to help....The sister property was very helpful - had elevators Domus Renier onsite support - would stay there next time. Domus Fresco no support staff"
