"This is a fantastic hotel clean quiet and staff are great. It is very centrally located and very walkable to the ocean and downtown . The restaurant is a great place to sit and have a drink and just relax. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have balconies to sit and enjoy the evening. Overall great spot!"

"The bed was uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep properly at night, and we had a sore back in the morning. The pillows were too soft, so when you lie your head on them, it feels like you are not using one. Location is perfect. Staff are amazing. Food is awesome. The room is a bit dirty: the pillowcase has a dirt stain. The faucet was dirty. It had a toothpaste leftover on the handle."

"We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to The Victoria Clipper so easy to drop our bags before check in and retrieve before boarding the vessel. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Victoria."

"The room that we stated was pretty clean, location was really good. The parking they have is only valet parking. There’s also no pool. I would not stay there again. Just because they have no pool, I did not like the parking. And the biggest problem for me was you cannot cancel your hotel. They can move your dates, but I tried and they were all booked out. I had to make a lot of adjustments since we traveled by ferry just to make this vacation to happen. I hope this is helpful for somebody."
