"I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong date. When I arrived around 10 p.m., the front door was closed, so I had to call the hotel. The manager answered and was extremely professional and helpful when I explained my situation. He went above and beyond, assuring me he would take care of everything and kindly allowed me to stay despite my booking mistake. He even explained where I could find extra blankets and pillows if needed. The staff were amazing, very friendly and always eager to help."

"The included buffet was delicious and convenient (they will rotate their protein each day: bacon, sausage, ham). They do have the option to check in and out using their online service which they email 24 hours before you check in or out. In person check in process easy, there is a $200 refundable deposit. If you are on the first floor you might hear the floor noise above if they are rolling their luggage or pulling a chair out. Other than that it is quiet."

Don't book this place if you don't want to adhere to their dress code -- they make it very clear, and it's part of the charm. The breakfasts and dinner we had at the restaurant were even better than expected. Some of the rooms have been redone, and so have not, so there is a variety of quality there.
