"The breakfast was awesome! And what a lovely bonus to have food in the evening and a managers welcome with drinks! We will definitely be staying with Drury Inn and suites again! All of the staff was very helpful and very kind and the girls that did the meals were outstanding! They asked how we were enjoying everything. They told us when things were ready, and just were so happy overall. It was and just we’re so happy overall. It was nice to see people who enjoy their work!"

"There are no blinds that go down all the way to darken the room, so it was always somewhat light and impeded sleep. Also, the sliding door to our bathroom was broken so the bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.

"Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! "Had a family emergency and told the desk clerk before paying him that I would only stay one night instead of two and he told me since I did go through Expedia the refund would be through then. Expedia contacted them the next day and they refused to give me my money for the extra day I did not use . The clerk knew and plus I left way early the next day so they had time to rent out the room I have stayed there before and really enjoyed my stay there but it’s hard to believe they could not refund...

"When we first arrived the guy behind the desk couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He even gave us complimentary breakfast. The room was big and clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. My husband worked out in the gym and said it was very nice. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely stay again!"

"I liked everything about this stay except for just one thing. The room was clean & spacious, loved the lighting, many usb plug-ins, the bed very comfortable, bathroom large and nicely ordered, breakfast good, parking plentiful, the 24-hr, fresh-brewed coffee machine make excellent coffee w/all the fixings. I didn't try the TV or pool, but always go for a hot tub (which was great). The pool looked good, and was large, but I don't use pools.

"This was a motel, not a hotel. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked for personal safety reasons. Which leads to if you’re not familiar with the area, it’s not the best. The pictures of the room were better than it was. It looks like they had remodeled and done so very cheap and poorly. I couldn’t believe the extra grout just slabbed in places in the shower. The only saving grace were the pillows and the bed being decent. "

Cons: some maintenance needed (warping floors in room, hot tub in outside pool area not working). Our room was close to one of the entrances with a metal gate that clangs loudly when people come and go (which was kind of frequently). There is a sign to not let gate...
