"First time in London, we wanted to stay somewhere nice and close to the sites by walking, but also gave us a chance to explore the more laid back areas. "We had a deluxe room overlooking the street. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom functioned well but ideally would have been a little larger. My partner made use of the spa which she enjoyed and one evening we ate in the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay in an excellent location."

"Great attention to detail and very friendly staff, from doorman, to reception and concierge, to cleaning staff. First day I arrived a bit earlier from airport and was able to get early check in. Was also jet lagged and had a couple Nespresso cups in room. The next day staff filled coffee bar with pods I drank plus extras of the ones I liked. Small things like that throughout my stay, that most hotels ignore and show attention to detail. "

"The staff are hostile, prejudice and mean. Thwy will not clean my trash, nor clean mu room. They do not have good breakfast. And asked me to use the water from the bathroom to prepare my tea. They claim I didn't pay for my stay before I got there, meanwhile i did already before i left the states. So, I had to pay $310 in cash when I got there in addition to what I already paid with my credit card. So, I will now have to call my credit card company to dispute it if my card got charged. "
