"Had a great one night stay. The hotel is in a great location close to Paddington station. We were on the third floor and as there is no lift it wouldn't be suitable for everyone. We were very grateful for the large fan as it was exceptional hot in London on the night we stayed. The room was clean and benefited from a new bathroom. Recommended and we would definately stay again."

"Avoid like the plague. I’ve stayed in all levels of accommodation, so I’m not precious but this was single handedly the worst accommodation I have ever booked. Room looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website, the supposedly‘Classic Double Room’ had the tiniest bed barely big enough for 1 person. "A few small steps away from being a decent place to stay. Keyless entry worked well. It's on a fairly busy road (most are in London) so it was a little noisy, but fairly common in London. Things to fix: No TV aerial Tap fitting was really loose. 2 min job to tighten up No cup or tea making facilities (only a kettle) Wall a little dirty/mouldy higher up"

"The staff were really friendly, but knew that our shower was broken to the degree it was unusable and didn't inform us, nor did they offer an alternative when we brought it up. No AC and the hotel was registering over 30° inside, and we arrived back late at night to find the hotel locked up and nobody answering the buzzer. We had to call the hotel to find someone to let us in. Not well organised, and the curtains in the room had obvious burn marks, and the carpet was coming up against one wall."

"Literally a last resort. Lumpy old bed. Stains on walls. "Breakfast" was a loaf of cheap wheat bread that you can toast slices of, and one type of generic cereal. This is an undercapitalized hotel run to extract marginal costs while putting zero back into the business. Stay away!"
