At the time of booking, there was no indication that the pool was out of service or that the gym was closed. These are important amenities, and both the hotel and Expedia should ensure that such information is clearly disclosed before guests make a reservation. "Other than the welcoming and helpful staff, our stay was totally disappointing. We reserved a king room which was very tight. The bathroom layout was particularly difficult to navigate. The toilet was low and the shower was a real squeeze. The hallways were not air conditioned and the carpets stained. The exercise room was also not airconditioned and felt like a sauna. Although we have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites in other locations, this one was HORRIBLE!! Never again!"
