"The sit-down breakfasts were great and the server was exceptional. The attached restaurant is also very good. The staff were friendly, courteous, and outstanding. The rooms were adequate but not outstanding. We had repeated difficulties getting hot water in the rooms we rented. The staff was responsive but the repairs were not successful."

"I loved the view of the beach. Just opening the curtains and it’s right there !! I loved the pool !! House keeping did a good job while we were away. I love the location ( right by the airport !! So it made picking up and dropping off our rental such a smooth experience). The staff was really friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze !"

"The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that."

"All of the staff were always helpful and pleasant including the taxi drivers. Taco taxi is a must so much fun. You do need a dry bag to swim from the boat to the restaurant. Snorkel while your there totally awesome and worth every dime."

"The room was beautiful! They upgraded us at no extra cost to us ! The food was Delicious and fresh. All the staff... every single one of them in maintenance, housekeeping, reception, bartenders, servers, culinary staff are so welcoming, amazing and so kind. You're very lucky to find such a wonderful group of people to represent the Pink Palm hotel in St Thomas🙏 I spoke with them all to thank them for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!"

"It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. "This is a great place to still while you vacation on St. Thomas. The room and bathroom was very clean. The beach, restaurant all with in walking distance. Great view from the balcony."

"I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, as my family had done most of the research, but was pleasantly surprised. We had a two room suite, and it was really clean and well maintained. The only downside side is that both bathrooms are upstairs, and be prepared for lots of stairs to get around! The facility offers shuttles to get you around, so if you don’t mind waiting for a shuttle, they will haul you around. Pools were great, and the seaweed didn’t bother us. Other beaches would be better anyway...
