The air worked just fine when there was power being that they run off solar panels, the parking was a little struggle one being on a hill and also other business parking in the same area. Again it was not horrible the location was perfect just too man steps just to get to your room and the parking. "

"This place is a budget hotel near the downtown and airport. If you want to be near the beach pick one of the many resort hotels. When they say they have parking it is street parking but there was usually a spot not too far from the hotel. Street is very crowded so if you drive make sure you’re comfortable on small streets and parallel parking etc. The breakfast was either pancakes bacon or sausage or eggs your way toast and sausage or bacon. "Property was beautiful and loved the location. We were able to walk to a grocery store and restaurants. View was amazing and the decor was very boho. Loved it! "

"Power went off on daily basis with no water service specially in afternoon, spiders and roaches. "

"Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. "

Only thing I would recommend is faster service at the restaurant the food is great just takes forever to get any request from server. I also would love if they updated the hotel itself so much more potential if rooms were remodeled "
