Everything was clean and I also appreciated that housekeeping stopped by in the early afternoon, not the morning. My only feedback would be for the bed. It was too soft for side sleepers and caused some back/hip pain."

"We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!"

"This is a great location on the Fall River but close enough to downtown Estes Park you can easily walk to great restaurants and entertainment/shops. That's what makes this a cool spot in my opinion. The actual rooms were dated but clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again."

"The views from the Pool and Hot Tub area were great. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Don't let the age of this property scare you away. This is a very nice place to stay. They didn't have their liquor license when we stayed but were scheduled to pick this up on Monday, 06-29-26. Talked to the very nice manager, and he informed us this company bought this in April of 2026 and they replaced all the TV's in all the rooms, the lobby furniture, some of the carpet. We...

"We loved the look of the property from the outside at first but as soon as you try and reach your room you are fighting with a million pigeons. There is pigeon poop all over the entire property. It’s weird because we didn’t see one pigeon in the entire area, they are all living at this hotel. Poop all over the walk ways and on the pool loungers. So gross. "The Outpost looks to be recently remodeled- very cute mid century modern style to the room. Our room did not have any hangers which was a bummer since we couldn’t hang our clothes. Otherwise overall a pretty great place!"

"We enjoyed our stay, very convenient location. The breakfast was nice to have. A couple small things to help out, hand towel rack would have been very nice and the broken electric plate cover replaced behind the night stand. We would definitely stay there again."
