"This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park."

"The rooms were clean, gave us 4 sets of towels(so many places gave us 2), towels were refreshed and beds made, breakfast could have been better..not much for fruit, tiny yogurts, had lots of coffee though! The rooms could be bigger, so hard to place all our luggage. Would most definitely stay here again. So close to downtown. We had Elk walk through the hotel sitting area. Complementary s’mores!"

"Room was not what we booked. We tried to explain to the desk attendant but they were not helpful. Our expedia booking showed a sofa bed and they said we did not book that room. Tub also would not drain. We told the front desk and just got a quick apology about it. It was neat to see the elk out the doors."

"The location to downtown, shuttles to Rocky Mountain National Park, Stanley Hotel. Didn’t use car for the five days that we were there. General area with restaurant and bar was nice."
