"The staff was super friendly and this is no reflection on them. Our room had suffered water damage and shouldn’t have been rented until properly restored, especially with costing nearly $200 per night. We sought out what we thought would be a higher end stay and we’re disappointed by that."

We could not get the thermostat to work, either, so our room was very hot until we finally called for help at 11:30 pm. They did send someone to fix it. We could also hear everything through the door that adjoins rooms. I just had high hopes for a luxurious stay, as this was the most I’ve ever spent on a hotel room. Never again. Over $300 for one night and to not feel absolutely comfortable is so...

"On check-in, the only person at the desk was on the phone with a customer (not her fault) for about 10 minutes or so. There was no side table on one side of either bed, only between the two, so whoever was on the other side was out of luck. Same with the electric outlets and USB plugs."

"We were disappointed with the new updates to the hotel. The mattress sagged in the middle. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. Our room wasn’t ready at a 5 pm check in. Then we didn’t have towels. All things were easily rectified except the sinking mattress."
