We didn't wake up in time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but the coffee in the morning was tasty and they had a wide selection of coffee creamer."

Was option of sausage and over easy egg rounds at 6am one day and the other days at 8 they didn’t have much out. They had some bagels and muffins. A couple of yogurts in the fridge. Usual waffle machine. Overall though it’s an older yet well maintained hotel. The room was immaculately clean which to me makes all the difference. It was very quiet when I was there but I worked nights."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. We were on 2nd floor; 3rd floor guest were quite noisy and may have been kids as there was moderate clumping across the floor for a couple hours, but then quiet after that. "

"For some reason my room card just would not work in allowing access to the room. Numerous times I had issues. But every time the staff was very helpful in rectifying the situation."

"I have used the Cherry Valley Lodge, now the Cherry Valley hotel for several years. The hotel must be suffering from the lack of capital as the parking lot, sidewalks desperately need work, there are plants, weeds, or small trees, growing in some of the gutters at the top of the roof. I am told that food service is not that great. At one time the food was quite good. I had breakfast there three times and the food was filling and it was buffet style so I can’t really share much about the food....

"I have stayed here many times but the place is starting to show its age. There were big stains on the sofa, the air conditioner did not properly cool the room, and the overall condition of the room was starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Lobby and Bar area are fine."

"The hotel ran out of coffee for the rooms for several days but the front desk was kind about it until they restocked a few days later. They ran out of towels, but the front desk was able to find some for me. Kind staff."
