"Top hotel! Right opposite the Canning Town tube station and only one stop away from the Greenwich tube station for getting to the O2.
Room was lovely and clean and modern and the bed was super comfy and a decent sized double.
The food was also very nice and the breakfast was one of the nicest that I’ve had at a hotel for quite a while! And the coffee was lovely!
Staff were really friend and attentive and the check in and check out were dealt with nice and quickly. They also hung onto our luggage...
"The Sunborn was not only value for money with the breakfast being included in the price but the venue was really beautiful. The view from the restaurant was spectacular as we watched the sun set over the city scape which then turned into the night time lights. The manager treated us so well and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The roast dinner was delicious and they treated us to special anniversary chocolates. The venue is near the cable car which is then ten minutes from the O2 where...

"Besonders gefallen hat mir der Fitnessbereich, dafür das die meisten Hotels wenig Equipment haben. War es hier wirklich super ausgestattet. Ebenfalls das Frühstück sowie das Zimmer waren super. Das man an der Rezeption kleine Snacks & Getränke kaufen kann, war super praktisch. Da es nicht viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in der Nähe gibt. Es ist halt nicht sehr Zentral gelegen. Allerdings ist die nächste Haltestelle zu Fuß nicht weit weg. "
"The first impression was very welcoming. We were a little early for our check-in but the team checked and said that our room was already prepared.
Although the room was small with the twin beds we requested, it had everything that you would need. Very clean and the beds were cosy and comfortable.
We had the buffet breakfast which was very good value, I would certainly recommend it.
Nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely return to this hotel and will certainly be telling my friends...
"We booked this for its closeness to the O2. It ended up, not that accessible for the O2, the outside of the building and area isn’t the best but the room itself made up for it, spacious, modern and very clean. So overall, great value for the price "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
