"The cancellation policy is pretty crummy without buying the protection plan for additional fee. The rates were way too high. I hit the button to make the reservation and didn’t mean to. I attempted to call and have someone help me reverse the action. A manager was not available at that time. They said they would call me back. They did not. When I called them back after waiting more than an hour, they were unwilling to help me. I ended up going, but missed the event due to poor communication."

"Facility is a bit old and run down and parking is a bit of a nightmare. Don’t take a big truck with you, you will get stuck in the tight lot that is always full. The front desk lady was a bit rude, but all in all it was an ok experience for the price we paid which is very little for an overnight room in the middle of Downtown Asheville."

"The room and bed linens smelled but just little otherwise the room and bathroom were clean. On the corner of the dark parking lot, a man was standing, shirtless and wearing only shorts. Half of the parking lot was very dark. We felt it’s not safe.
However, We had a good staying. Thank you."
