"The room was nice but one really horrible thing was that the shower floor was extremely slippery. I didn't have too much trouble but if my husband had used it it could have been bad since he is currently using a cane for back trouble. The staff at the concert were awesome since there were no seats available a few of them helped my husband off the floor and gave him a chair. Thank you so much. It made my night great"

True issue came second day when we woke up to the entire hotel not having hot water. Was told it was the city's fault! I never heard of a city that sends hot water directly to any building. "The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay."

"It's a Budget friendly hotel keep that in mind . The front desk people were very nice I didn't need nothing more than check in on my visit . My room was clean looked close to the picture from the website , beautiful wall paper of Minneaplis and bed clean . The furniture had wear and tire and some spots on the carpet , the TV was outdated but had good cable channels.
