"This place is neat, clean, and convenient to Rogers, but the amenities are sorely lacking and we were going to be charged for extra towels?! No one was at the front desk most of the time. Customer service not great, but hotel served its purpose for Arkansas Graduation. "

"This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"I got a renovated room, MTB bike friendly, extremely clean, comfy mattress and pillows. Bathroom is well stuffed with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Spotless clean. This hotel is on the new electronic fashion, check in by web, digital locks at the door, code is sent by text message. Coffee machine is priceless. Good room price."
