"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. "The property location was handy right off the freeway, yet I never heard freeway noise once in my room. Check in was easy-peasy. She gave me a room close to the office with easy access to my car. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I like the new flooring over the carpeting. "

"The staff is great. Breakfast gal is on point always a smile and most accommodating! Our housekeeper was terrific too! The 'dirty bird' situation under the awning is MOST disturbing!! My car was, to put is lightly, bombed by birds with a definite digestive problem. Maybe some type of deterrant to them roosting above the cars would be beneficial. $20 car was two days in a row!!"
