"This property is what it is. 3 star, not much else. I stayed with three other girls on a girls trip and left crying. The rooms are old, they have doors and locks that don’t work but more importantly they have ants and cockroaches. We had ants almost daily and a cockroach crawled across my chest. The first day we didn’t receive any cleaning services. The next days we had ants and they had to spray everyday until they moved us on our last night at 10:30 pm to a cockroach on me. They would not...

"It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with a private pool. The shower was not so good we have to use the tub the room has no curtains it gets very bright early in the morning."

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Amazing staff ready and willing to help plan excursions, rent bikes/scooters, and their Partnering transportation service (5 stars as well). The food at the restaurant was delicious, every inch of the property was just peaceful and serene like being in your own world. Very zen! A great way to unplug from the noise of the world (no tvs) and unwind. Loved our stay. And cant wait to visit again."

"We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...

"Excellent location with beach access, we did not mind the “all sand” pathways, the beach as in all of Tulum and the Caribbean is covered with seaweed, but is still nice for a long walk, parking and restaurant on the premises are very convenient and the food is excellent. We had a large room with ocean view a kitchen, ample bathroom and a balcony. We loved it."

"Everything was beautiful! Staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. This hotel is inside a National Park so you'll need wristbands daily (don't forget!). You'll pay once when you arrive, only $7 USD. A LOT of wildlife as the hotel is built around the park but still beautiful, small and cozy! Food was great too!"

"I can see why they would want you to pay in advance without the ability to get a refund because in the pictures everything looks so good. I know we chose to come down to Tulum at a time seasonally that is not the best: there is seaweed all over the beaches but the smell at this location was so bad that being outside was not an option. Enjoying the beach was not an option. The front of the hotel matches the pictures however pulling up to the hotel from outside, no parking. There was graffiti...
