"We really enjoyed our stay at Copal and I would stay again. The private rooftop pool was really special and the jungle views were amazing. The apartment was well equipped but could do with some more cutlery and a kettle. Before going, I was concerned about the area not feeling safe or being loud with development but this wasn’t the case. The area felt safe and convenient for getting to other parts of Tulum - I saw many women walking their dogs alone after dark. There is work going on in the area...

"Overall, there are likely not enough words to describe our stay at Muare Tulum. If you’re looking for a peaceful, tranquil stay, you will find it here. The rooms were stunning, from the design to the comfort level. It was similar to having your own private oasis, and we enjoyed whenever we returned from an excursion. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant, and had numerous meals there. The included breakfast was perfect, and there were additional options available for those with a more picky palate....
