"The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The laundry service was reasonable with a quick turnaround and our clothes have never looked better!! They were even able to remove a stubborn stain from my daughter’s pants. Quick responses to any requests. The Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Easy check in and check out. The location was great. Would stay again."

"Great location where you feel safety and good restaurants , backery shops, vodaphone shop, ATMs are in walking distance. Hostel has Super clean rooms, comfy beds, good hot and cold water in showers, spacious common areas & balcony. Shared kitchen. Good healthy Breakfast is also availabile at super cheap price. Certainly recommend to all future guests."

"We have loved Kempinski hotel in our previous stays elsewhere in the world. This hotel feels relatively a little old and did not give that luxury feel. The afternoon tea was expansive, took a long time to prepare and somewhat stall food. The staff were very nice. Other services were good. "

I personally informed the hotel manager 3 days before my departure and clearly requested a refund for the unused nights. He agreed and told me to wait until the booking processed and to follow up at the end of the month. When I followed his instructions, he first delayed the process saying he was on vacation. "We had an excellent stay at the Atum Hotel. It was my boyfriend and myself (two Americans in our 20s), and we felt very comfortable and safe here! The staff, the room, the food, and the location were all incredible! The staff was very helpful in arranging our pickup and offering to book tours for us. The room was nice with high ceilings, a nice shower, and lots of storage. The hotel is the 4th floor of the building, and the elevator is pretty sketchy, but other than that, everything was great!...

"I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!"

"02号室に宿泊しました。キッチンには電子レンジ、電子コンロ、電子湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫があります。洗濯機はありません。 簡単なキッチンツール、食器は一通り揃っていますが、食器洗い洗剤はあるけどスポンジはないので買いました。 ドライヤーはチェックイン時に必要か聞かれ、すぐにもらえました。 電源はユニバーサルで、どこの国の形状でも多分使えます。USB端子とUSB-C端子もあって直に充電出来ます。 部屋は天井が高く開放感あります。外の騒音だけ注意です。大きな道路に面してるので車のクラクションの音が常に聞こえます。気になる人は気になると思います。耳栓は必要です。受付でも必要か聞かれました。 朝食はコンチネンタルかエジプシャンか選べます。内容はほぼ同じなので少し飽きるかもしれません。 立地はよくどこに行くにも便利でした。Uber呼ぶのも簡単でした。 最後、入り口がわかりづらいです。というのはホテルの看板がないからです。大きな扉が半分開いてるのでそこから入ります。階段登ったらエレベーターがあるので3階に行けば受付です。 "
