"I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. "I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"Spectacular property overall. Beautiful pool with an even more beautiful beach bordered by two great restaurants and a fantastic beach bar. Loads of lounge chairs and umbrellas with helpful staff to get you set up. Special shout out to David at Pink Bar, Carlo and Roman serving on the beach and Sean making our departure effortless including a refreshing drink when we had to wait a few minutes for our car. Front desk staff also very helpful and Mgr Simon reached out immediately when he heard we had a minor hiccup to make sure it got resolved to our satisfaction. Small area for improvement is the egg/omelette bar at breakfast which struggles to handle demand, easier if they take orders at the table and deliver. Providenciales is an expensive place to visit so be prepared. Ask how much a taxi will cost per person before you get in the car. The Fish Fry market on Thursday night at Diamond Plaza is a fun, safe way to get a taste for true local food, drink and music."
